i hate to brag, but...




today i made the best effing falafel, chicken schwarma and hummus at kebaba today. i got them almost just as i want them on the first try with the new commercial equipment. everything is looking good right now and is on track. i'm sure something is going to go wrong, but the oct 16th opening date looks on track.

sounds really good, can't wait to have one. Have you mastered the art of kebabs yet, like at Sinbad's....Remember that guy explaining to us like he's the only guy that can make them and that fatty meat they call lean???

no worries

we aren't gonna have the kefta, we are going with choice grade flat iron meat and making kebabs with that. no ground round.
